Balham is situated in South West London, near Clapham, Battersea, Wimbledon (Lawn Tennis Championships : June 25th - July 8th 2012) and Chelsea (RHS Chelsea Flower Show : May 22nd - 26th 2012). It offers easy access to London's airports, transport terminals, the West End and other London attractions. Balham train and tube stations are a 5 minute walk from Balham B&B.

By Train Balham over-ground station is 2 stops to Clapham Junction - with a regular fast service to Gatwick Airport - or 4 stops to Victoria station.
By Tube Balham under-ground station is a fast and easy tube journey on the Northern Line to the West End and other London destinations. It also offers a direct line to the Eurostar Terminal at St Pancras.
By Car
Balham is located immediately next to the South Circular (A205), the main road route around London and close to the A3 (to the South West) and the A23 (to the South). 28 Old Devonshire Road is just off the A24, also called Balham High Road. Visitors' parking permits for Monday to Saturday are available on request at a cost of £5.50 per day.
