By Train
Balham overground station is 5 minutes train journey from Clapham Junction, arguably the best connected railway station in the UK and with a regular fast service to Gatwick Airport.

By Underground
Balham B&B is 5 minutes walk from Balham underground station on the Northern Line, just 20 minutes tube journey to the West End and other London destinations. It also offers a direct line to the Eurostar at St Pancras.

By Car
Balham is located immediately next to the South Circular (A205), the main road route around London and close to the A3 (to the South West) and the A23 (South). 28 Old Devonshire Road is just off the A24, also called Balham High Road. Visitors' parking permits are available
