The guest quarters take up the whole of the top floor, with spectacular views from the landing across London to St Paul's Cathedral, Canary Wharf, the Shard and the London Eye.

The large, light, airy bedroom - with kingsize double bed-  has both a sitting area and a working area with free access to WiFi. The room also offers a flat screen television, a radio,multi-national adaptors, tea & coffee making facilities and a wide choice of books.  Luggage racks, a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, hot water bottle, heated wheat bag, umbrellas and free computer & printing facilities are available. In the spacious bathroom there is  a walk-in shower with body-jets; bath robes, manuka honey shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are supplied as well as Taylors of London soap, liquid hand wash, tissues and cotton wool.

A full English or Continental breakfast is served in the dining room where the soft orange walls and traditional wooden floor enhance the watercolours of Venice and Tuscany. If the weather is fine, breakfast can be taken under the pear tree in the tranquil garden.
